Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advised Zensun Enterprises Limited, which shares are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 185) ("Zensun Enterprises") as the Hong Kong legal counsel in the placing of new shares of HK$407.7 million, which was completed on 27 May 2020. DL Securities (HK) Limited and Kingston Securities Limited acted as placing agents in the placing.

Zensun Enterprises is principally engaged in property development, property investment and management, project management and sale services, and securities trading and investment.

The Howse Williams team was led by partner, Christopher Yu. The team had lead responsibility for legal documentation and general transaction management.
