Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advised DL Holdings Group Limited, whose shares are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 1709) ("DL Holdings") as the Hong Kong legal counsel in the issue of new shares of HK$60.4 million to CMF FS Asia Equity Opportunity SP, which was completed on 31 July 2020.

DL Holdings is principally engaged in the sale of apparel products with the provision of supply chain management total solutions to customers and provision of financial services of licensed businesses including financial advisory services, securities research, referral and brokerage services, and margin financing services.

The Howse Williams team was led by partner, Christopher Yu who was supported by associates Salina Cheung and Vivian Chik. The team had lead responsibility for legal documentation and general transaction management.
