Innovax Capital Limited acted as the sole sponsor, while Innovax Securities Limited acted as the overall coordinator and the sole global coordinator. Innovax Securities Limited, CCB International Capital Limited, Zhongtai International Securities Limited, ABCI Capital Limited, BOCOM International Securities Limited, SPDB International Capital Limited, Citrus Securities Limited, Quam Securities Limited, Valuable Capital Limited, CMBC Securities Company Limited and First Shanghai Securities Limited acted as the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers. The shares commenced trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 22 December 2023.

Persistence Resources is the third largest gold mining company in the Shandong Province in 2022. It is a gold exploration, mining and processing company established in 2005 and located in Yantai city of the Shandong Province in China. It sells gold bullion derived from gold concentrate processed by it.  

The HW team, led by partner Chia Ching Tan, had lead responsibility in drafting of prospectus, verification process, legal documentation, corporate and regulatory issues and general transaction management.
