Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advised EEKA Fashion Holdings Limited, which shares are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 3709) ("EEKA Fashion") as the Hong Kong legal counsel in the Top-up Placing and Subscription of HK$199.50 million, which was completed on 11 May 2021. DL Securities (HK) Limited acted as the placing agent in the Top-up Placing.
EEKA Fashion is principally engaged in the design, promotion, marketing and sale of the middle and high-end self-owned branded ladies-wear in the People’s Republic of China.
The Howse Williams team was led by partner, Christopher Yu who was supported by senior associate Salina Cheung and associates Jennifer Lui and Michael Chau. The team had lead responsibility for legal documentation and general transaction management.
