Limited, SPDB International Capital Limited and ZMF Asset Management Limited as the joint bookrunners and the joint lead managers, as the Hong Kong legal counsel, on the HK$113 million listing of the shares of XXF Group Holdings Limited ("XXF") on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Hong Kong Stock Exchange").

 

XXF is an established automobile retailer providing automobile finance lease service primarily through its self-operated sales outlets in the People’s Republic of China (the "PRC"). XXF ranked 4th in terms of transaction volume of direct finance lease and 19th in terms of transaction volume of retail automobile finance lease among all retail automobile finance lease companies, including both direct finance lease and sale-leaseback, in the PRC in 2022. The shares commenced trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 9 November 2023, under the stock code 2473.

 

The Howse Williams team was led by partners, Heidi Lee and Yvonne Zhang. The team had lead responsibility on the preparation of various legal documentation, providing advice to the sole sponsor and the underwriters on corporate and regulatory issues, communicating with the regulators and undertaking general transaction management.
