Howse Williams ("HW"), a leading Hong Kong independent law firm, advises Yue Heng Real Estate Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Easyknit International Holdings Limited (stock code: 1218) in the sale of the entire building (being used as student accommodation) known as “The Quad” by way of sale of the entire issued share capital of Success Active Limited, its property holding subsidiary, at a price of HK$528.5 million.

The Quad, located at Nos. 470, 472, 474, 476 and 478 Chatham Road North, Kowloon, Hong Kong, is one of Hong Kong’s first student hostels in line with the government's Hostels in the City Scheme.

The HW team was led by property partner, Alan Yip. The team had lead responsibility in negotiating all the transaction documents including the sale and purchase agreement, answering title requisitions and advising on general transaction management.
