Bianca is a Partner of Howse Williams, specialising in medico-legal and healthcare matters.

Bianca acts for healthcare professionals and institutions in contentious and non-contentious medico-legal matters.

In contentious matters, Bianca is experienced in handling clinical negligence claims, Coroner’s Inquests, disciplinary proceedings (Medical Council, Dental Council and other professional boards) and regulatory investigations. Bianca has experience in criminal proceedings, both at the investigation and trial stage, and also in applications for equitable relief. Bianca is experienced in advising on matters involving mentally-incapacitated persons under the Mental Health Ordinance.

In non-contentious matters, Bianca advises medical professionals and institutions on compliance matters, including relating to private healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical products, undesirable medical advertisements, telemedicine, practice promotion and medical devices.

Bianca regularly lectures on a variety of medico-legal topics, and is an Adjunct Tutor at The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care.
